Hello!

​I'm Coventina Waterhawk, an inspiring & recovered dual-diagnosed individual who helps people overcome the pain and suffering of addiction, mental health challenges, domestic abuse, and trauma so they can heal, maintain balance, and become beacons of hope for others.  For over thirty-eight years, I’ve been successfully living with co-occurring disorders, and I have helped thousands of people find solutions to their struggles by speaking to small and large audiences throughout the recovery community. I have been invited to return to several annual events to be their keynote speaker, especially an annual campout with over 300 participants. Speaking to groups is my favorite way to carry the message of what is possible.

 

​​As an empowerment coach, I combine an intuitive reading and reiki energy to help you uncover and identify what’s keeping you from moving forward. We will develop a Wellness Plan: a checklist of action steps to assist you in living your dreams.

 

I live by the motto: "Do as you wish, harm none." I walk gently upon the Mother's belly, in awe of her unconditional love and support, and she teaches me how to love and support others. When I recognized my own Divinity in August 2001, I could see the Divine in everyone. We all have a soul, the center of our being as that of a wheel. All spokes represent the different beliefs around the world. Whatever spoke you resonate with the most is your path to your center. I am humbled and grateful Mother Earth and the Universe chose me to be a lightworker for all to be inspired by. I do not for one second take this life for granted. All of my pain and living in darkness has catapulted me into the spiritual spotlight, sharing my message of transformation with others. If I can overcome multiple "Dark night of the soul" moments, anyone can.

​​​​​Beyond my professional endeavors, I am the founder of  "The Mystical Sanctuary Recovery Coven," a safe, transformative space for healing. I enjoy being entertained by my two fur babies, Jezebel and Cinnamon, especially being typical kitties that knock items off the counters, tables, and shelves. lol

 

I reside in southern New Mexico, where I continue to advocate for domestic abuse survivors, mental health awareness, addiction recovery, trauma, and holistic well-being.
